The staff were incredibly kind, always checking if I needed anything. Their warm interaction truly made my stay feel special, despite some inconveniences.

The air conditioning was quite loud, impacting my sleep. Additionally, the breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options available each morning.

This place suits me perfectly with its great wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped me choose the best taxi on my first stay. I highly recommend staying here for a weekend!

I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from great restaurants and a quick trip to Vulcan Park and Museum, which offers stunning views of the city. it really made my weekend exploring Birmingham so much more enjoyable.

Room key issues constantly required recoding!!! The indoor pool temperature was not tolerable considering it was chosen specifically for family enjoyment!!! Management should address the maintenance of air conditioning units and overall room cleanliness!!!

The vibe of the hotel was contemporary and inviting, with a clean room that perfectly suited a younger crowd. Friendly and helpful staff enhanced the experience, particularly Paul at the bar, who offered excellent service. However, the breakfast selection was inconsistent, lacking dairy-free options, leading to three mornings without a meal. Despite these challenges, the hotel's ambiance and location near shops made it worth the stay.

My stay at Aloft was quite favorable. The covered, free parking provided direct access to the lobby, which was especially nice considering the heavy rain during my visit. Upon check-in, Desiree was prompt and welcoming. My fifth-floor room was well designed, incorporating a clever layout with roll-down shades for complete darkness. The bathroom featured a safety-focused shower with eco-friendly dispensers for body wash and shampoo. I appreciated the morning coffee available and was thankful for Fred, the GM, who personally thanked me for my business and provided excellent dinner recommendations.

The location was great for exploring Birmingham and we found the room very comfy and spacious. The toiletries provided had an amazing scent, which added a nice touch. However, the breakfast was disappointing as most items listed weren't available. It felt like we had to work to get the staff’s attention, as they were often preoccupied with their phones.

It was just a fitting option for a short break in Homewood with reasonable value. The staff truly cared about our experience and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Check nearby dining options for good meals after hours.

There were some inconsistencies in housekeeping. on one day, our room was not cleaned at all, which was frustrating given the late return. Limited breakfast options were disappointing—mostly pre-packaged items instead of a fresh selection.

Additionally, the large meeting room provided an effective space for my small team to collaborate.
